• Identify, track and manage project issues, risks and action items. Develop project plan, test plan and related project management documents as needed and communicate risks in a timely manner.
• Drive requirements gathering and definition for expansion of platform to new business models.
• Drive requirements and development issues and timelines, as well as dive into data and product issues from a technical perspective.
• Coordinate and manage the overall quarterly planning and roadmap cycle with as well as provide timely and audience-specific status reports to key stakeholders at all levels.


Job Requirements

Sr. Manager, CS Data Architecture

This position will manage a team of resources responsible for the data architecture and data governance policies and standards across Customer Service applications and reporting systems, including:
• Document the data architecture and environment in order to maintain a current and accurate view of the larger data picture, including mapping of data sources, data movement, interfaces, and analytics.
• Develop data governance framework, clearly identifying roles and responsibilities of technology and business teams. Includes processes for governing the identification, collection, and use of CS metadata; take steps to assure metadata accuracy and validity.

Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is highly desired. Masters is preferred.
• 10+ years work experience as a data or information architect, preferably with Call Center and CRM systems.
• 5+ management experience, including proven experience building and managing high-performing teams.
• Experience working with a global development team, as well as managing fulltime and contracting resources.
