- Develop and document standards, practices, processes, guidelines and checklists. Mentor staff, as well as be capable of hands-on participation. Interact daily with Business, Technical, and Program Management teams.

Primary Job Responsibilities
In the role you’ll help create the future user experience of the eBay Marketplace by designing the interactions and interfaces which will engage our customers. At the core you’ll transform unmet user needs and business opportunities into successful product launches thru the use of design thinking and the ability to collaborate and work effectively with software developers. We’re evolving from a mostly static user interface on eBay to more rich and interactive experiences experience so it is important to have good depth with new front-end technologies (e.g. AJAX, Adobe Flex/AIR).
