Primary Job Responsibilities
Strong customer focus, must be able to conduct all phases of financial operations audits including planning, fieldwork, reporting results to line and senior management timely and performing follow-ups with minimal supervision . Coordinate effectively with finance and technology teams, outside consultants and peers to perform audits over a wide range of financial operations functions.

Evaluate complex business and financial operations risks, make recommendations to address control weaknesses and consult with Finance management in addressing control risks.

Partner with the technology internal audit team to provide insight and financial operations controls consulting on an as needed basis.

Job Requirements
This position is for an individual contributor to add value to the Internal Audit department in a rapidly growing technology company. There is extensive collaboration required with peers in Internal Audit, Finance, Senior Management, external auditors and contractors.

Computer knowledge: SAP, MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access), and ACL or experience similar computer aided auditing tools (CAATs)

Preferred: Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and/or Certified Fraud Examiner

5+ years experience required in corporate internal auditing in a financial services company. Some familiarity is preferred with regulatory compliance in a financial services environment, primarily anti-money laundering programs.

Experience from an internet or e-commerce company a strong plus.
